Sales Agreement

All are final. Deposits are non-refundable.

  1. Our rabbits are sold on first-come first-serve basis. If you inquire about a rabbit but no deposit is placed, do not expect the rabbit to be held for you; we do have a wait list for rabbits, so please place a deposit if you see one you especially love!
  2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% asking price must be placed to reserve your rabbit(s). If you back out or do not pick up your rabbit within 7 days of the date provided, your rabbit will be unreserved and the wait list will be notified.
  3. Prices are non-negotiable. Rabbits are priced according to quality.
  4. All of our rabbits are handled daily once they leave the nest box, but we cannot guarantee a rabbit will never bite or scratch. Please understand the nature of these animals, and keep that in mind when adopting.
  5. We cannot guarantee that two animals will always get along (even litter mates), so please keep in mind when buying multiples that you may need to one day separate them if that is the case.
  6. Sexing rabbits at a young age can be difficult. Sometimes we tell the wrong sex by mistake (or the “Sex Change Faerie” may visit!), so please keep that in mind when you purchase a young rabbit. We check multiple times but mistakes can happen!
  7. We have the right to refuse any sale at any time if we feel it is not in the best interest of our rabbits.
  8. You must be 18 years or older in order to purchase a rabbit. Please do not contact us unless you are 18 or older. If you are not 18 or older, your parent/guardian must contact us.
  9. For rabbits sold with a pedigree, you cannot change the rabbits prefix and it must remain on the pedigree as written. We make no guarantees about how well your rabbit will place, nor if it will produce kits for you, but we will tell you how well that rabbit has placed if it has been shown, and what has been produced if it is a proven breeder.
  10. We accept checks, cash, credit/debit cards (Square, Zettle), Venmo, CashApp, and PayPal. If you wish to pick up your rabbit before your money has cleared (7-21 days for PayPal) you must pay as friends and family. If you do not pay as friends and family, please add 3% to your deposit.
  11. We do not knowingly sell any sick rabbits, and all of our rabbits are healthy. It is up to the buyer to check over your rabbit prior to release. We are not responsible for any vet costs after the rabbit has been sold.
  12. Please be on time to pick up your rabbit.
  13. We do not ship rabbits, but are happy to work with any transporter of your choice, but you are responsible for the transport fee. You can pick up rabbits direct from our rabbitry, or meet us when we are at a farmer’s market or rabbit show we are able to attend.
  14. Note that prices have increased in 2022 due to 50% increase in feed costs.
